TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL WORKING AGREEMENT:
This document defines the terms and conditions that shall apply to any agreement drawn up between Secluded Maverick Designs and its client. These terms and conditions may change at any time. All projects or services that Secluded Maverick Designs may be contracted to produce or provide for CLIENT will be subject to the following:
COPYRIGHT:
CLIENT is responsible, prior to DVD rendering, for all trademark, servicemark, copyright and patent infringement clearances.
MUSIC COPYRIGHT:
CLIENT agrees that any music supplied toSecluded Maverick Designs to accompany a project has been purchased from a legitimate retail vendor. CLIENT also agrees that projects that Secluded Maverick Designs creates are for personal use only and will not be marketed commercially.
LIABILITY:
Secluded Maverick Designs will take all reasonable precautions to safegard the property you entrust to us.In the absense of negligence on our part, however, we are not responsible for loss, destruction, damage or unauthorized use by others of such property. Secluded Maverick Designs will not be liable for any loss, any damage, or any theft of materials sent to us while in the possession of a mail carrier or courier.
OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE WORK:
Secluded Maverick Designs reserves the right to refuse orders that include content that could be construed as offensive or controversial, or for any other reason.Secluded Maverick Designs will not accept pornographic material in any form.
PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING:
Secluded Maverick Designs reserves the right to use your slideshow as samples on our web site
PAYMENT:
Although Secluded Maverick Designs does not require pre-payment of your order, we require payment in full before your order is shipped back to you.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULES:
Production schedules will be established and adhered to by both CLIENT and Secluded Maverick Designs, provided that neither shall incur any liability, penalty, or additional cost due to delays caused by a state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, labor trouble or strike, accidents, energy failure, equipment breakdown, delays in shipment by suppliers or carriers, action of government or civil authority, and acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the CLIENT or Creative Photo Keepsake. Where production schedules are not adhered to by the CLIENT, final delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.
PRIVACY:
Personal information (Name, Addresses, Phone Numbers, etc) that is collected from you when ordering or making an inquiry is kept anonymous. Secluded Maverick Designs does not sell, trade, rent, or release personal information to third parties
